Automated Processes Increases Customer Satisfaction

In July of 2011, UBT implemented an automated processes software solution that enhances our already dedicated and responsive customer service and technical team by providing them with detailed daily reports and direct customer feedback.
- Communication is Key! Each time a service call is entered, an automatic email will be sent to you so that you know it has been processed and in our eAutomate system ready to be dispatched.
- We want your feedback! Once a service call is complete, we will email you a survey to make sure everything is working to your satisfaction. UBT wants to know the things we are doing extremely well and also the areas in which we need to improve.
- Your responses will not be lost in the shuffle! We have quality assurance measures in place that will make sure your requests will be acted upon and resolved to better suit your needs.

At any time you can opt of these services, but we welcome you to participate so that we can continue to enhance your customer experience with UBT!
