United Business Technologies has access to several federal government-wide acquisition contract vehicles and agency specific IDIQs through various teaming partners.  UBT is able to provide Federal customers easy access to Canon and HP products, maintenance services, training, and installation.  UBT is a registered small business with the Small Business Administration.  We are also registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database as United Business Technologies, headquartered in Gaithersburg, MD. 

NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement IV (SEWP IV)

Several Federal customers have successfully procured copier and maintenance services using NASA’s SEWP IV.  UBT partners with Affigent, a prime holder of the NASA SEWP IV 

contract vehicle.  NASA SEWP IV is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity government wide acquisition contract providing a wide range of networking and other products. 

General Services Administration (GSA) Schedule

With Canon’s GSA schedule, Federal customers are able to purchase Canon office imaging and document solutions.  As an authorized and certified Canon independent dealer, Federal customers can obtain Canon copier and maintenance services. Canon’s GSA schedule provides access to the latest technology and secure solutions at volume discount pricing. 

U.S. Army Information Management Support Center (IMCEN)
Partner:  Affigent

UBT has been working with Affigent for nearly 3 years providing the U.S. Army with the latest Canon MFDs along with integrated secure technology solutions.  IMCEN is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for network imaging, printing, and continued maintenance services.

Federal customers have the option of acquiring Canon copiers and maintenance services directly from UBT as a certified small business.  Relevant NAICS codes include 333315 – Photographic and Photocopying Equipment Manufacturing and 423420 – Office Equipment Merchant Wholesalers.
