United Business Technologies has been serving the Federal Government since 2001. UBT significantly expanded its Federal presence by assuming the maintenance of 300+ high volume Canon color and black/white copiers from a direct competitor for the Department of State. The Department of State has remained a UBT customer for nearly 9 years. Since then, UBT has been able to leverage a proven copier and print management service model to other Federal and Local government agencies to include:

As a result of our continued success with various DoD customers, UBT has several badged Canon certified technicians that support secure facilities on a daily basis. These technicians are uniquely qualified and knowledgeable of DoD regulations to include MFD security accreditation guidelines, Common Criteria Security Certification including CAC/PKI functionality, PIV-2 credentials, and Evaluation Assurance Level (EAL) 3. UBT specializes in deploying MFDs that are capable of CAC/PKI authentication, secure printing, secure data erase, digital signature, accessibility/508, sustainability, green, and encryption support.
