I went in panic mode and thought who can I call? I called a couple of techs but no answer, then I called Filemon. I explained the situation to him and told him WE MUST GET THIS COPIER WORKING! Filemon said he would be here in a half hour. You just don’t know how much it meant to me that Filemon came to our rescue! We finished the job after working all night at 10:45am Thursday, and for that day alone we produced 92,920 copies with all the copiers running in the shop.”
