Small business owners know that printers are essential to running the operation for a variety of reasons. However, there are other aspects to print that are important to know but can get lost in the shuffle when first starting a business.

How we interact with the world is based on how we communicate. Is that through hard copy documents, digitally, or a combination of both?
In regular offices, it’s usually both digital and hard copy. That means that we spend a lot of time converting information either to hard copy or to digital. And when you look at it, that means that there is a space in there where security needs to play a role – it’s printer security.

Sometimes, turnover in businesses is a good thing – it helps the company to recognize how to update processes or make positive changes just by having a new perspective. But constant changes in personnel can take a toll on staff and morale.
