Tell us a little about yourself: I am an HP certified printer and have been in the HP printer industry for 20 years. I have been working with UBT for 9 years.
Years at UBT: I started July 5, 2006 to be exact, 9 years at UBT.
Position at UBT: Canon Copier/Hewlett Packard Printer and Shop Technician
What do you like most about working at UBT: I enjoy learning everyday about various troubleshooting error codes on Canon copiers and HP printers. I never stop learning new things from co-workers and Canon Forums. I enjoy a good challenge repairing various copiers and printers in order to get them working. On a humorous note, I must say "big thanks" to customers for breaking machines, as I learn more to fix complicated issues.
Interesting Fact: In my bowling career, I got a perfect 300 game 7 times and 800 series two times. My 800 series were 257-300-258= 815 series and 259-258-290= 807 series. In fact, I graduated with a college degree in Bowling Management and worked in a bowling industry for 5 years.
