HP and Xerox Expand Business Relationship

PALO ALTO, Calif. and NORWALK, Conn. —  

HP Inc. (NYSE: HPQ) and Xerox Corporation (NYSE: XRX) today announced an expansion of the companies’ business relationship.

Xerox will source from HP certain A4 and entry-level A3 products with the majority running on Xerox’s award-winning ConnectKey® controller software, and Xerox will supply toner to HP for these and other products. The printers will be based primarily on the laser printing technology HP acquired from Samsung in 2017.

Fully automatic maintenance ensures optimal image quality without user intervention, while saving time with easy media loading and unloading by a single operator.

The printer is making its worldwide debut the HP Stand (F30 in Hall A5) at FESPA 2019 in Munich, Germany, May 14-17.  The new HP Stitch portfolio, including the 1.62 m (64 inch) HP Stitch S300 and S500 printers, removes complexity from dye sub printing.
