Canon to Unveil the Next Standard in Engineering with the New imagePROGRAF TX Series at PRINT 17

MELVILLE, N.Y., September 7, 2017 – Continuing to broaden its lineup of large-format devices, Canon U.S.A., Inc., a leader in digital imaging solutions, has announced the new imagePROGRAF TX Series, designed to meet the needs of customers who have higher productivity needs for their technical documents. Consisting of four new devices (imagePROGRAF TX-3000, TX-3000 MFP T36, TX-4000 and TX-4000 MFP T36), the TX series features major advances to the core technologies of Canon’s imagePROGRAF five-color devices, including a new pigment ink, print head and enhanced security capabilities, as well as a new 36-inch scanner for the MFP models. Guests at the PRINT 17 tradeshow, held from September 10 through September 14in Chicago, Illinois, will have an opportunity to get a first-hand look at these new devices in the Canon booth (#1213).

This release features a suite of new tools designed to help print service providers analyze production performance, automate color calibration and profiling, extend color management flexibility and bring higher efficiency to user environments with a need for copying/scanning. This update builds upon the success of the PRISMAsync color print server family for imagePRESS color digital presses, including the industry’s first DFE-embedded G7® Certified System for electrophotography.

The BDT VX-370+ Long Sheet Feeder will extend the capabilities of the Canon imagePRESS C10000VP Series by allowing print providers to create more graphic arts applications, such as book covers, six panel brochures, posters and secondary packaging, more productively.

(NYSE: HPQ) and Lightning Source LLC, a leading print-on-demand company and a part of Ingram Content Group, today announced a multi-million dollar deal that will transform the distribution and sales model for book publishers all over the world. Tell us a little about yourself: I was born in Venezuela and moved to the U.S. in 2012 for school. In 2016, I graduated from James Madison University with a B.B.A. in economics and started working at UBT right after graduation. 2017 has also been a big year, I got married this April and adopted a puppy.  I have enjoyed working with UBT and continually work on developing the skills required to be a great Account Executive.
